Job Title: Control Systems Engineer Experience: (3-5) Years Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Aerospace Control Systems Engineer to design, develop, and optimize control systems for aircraft and aerospace applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in flight dynamics, control theory, and embedded systems, with hands-on experience in implementing advanced control algorithms for aerospace platforms. Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement control systems for aircraft, UAVs, and aerospace components.
• Develop and validate flight control algorithms
• Model and simulate agile systems using MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, and avionics hardware into control architectures.
• Perform system-level analysis, stability assessments, and performance tuning.
• Support hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics).
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for design reviews and certification. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aerospace control systems development.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for modelling and simulation.
• Proficiency in C/python for Autopilot software
• Strong understanding of flight dynamics and control theory.
• Experience with embedded systems and real-time control implementation.
• Knowledge of sensor fusion and state estimation (Kalman filtering).
• Problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with autopilot systems and guidance/navigation algorithms.
• Exposure to certification processes and safety-critical systems.
