About The Role Hiring for an AI Developer Agent Specialist to build intelligent AI agents and automated workflows using Azure AI Foundry, LLMs, and Generative AI technologies for enterprise business processes. - 2+ years of AI Agent Development experience
- 2+ years of Azure AI Foundry or similar AI platform experience
- Strong Python programming skills

- Experience with workflow automation, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RLHF, and model evaluation
- Experience deploying production-grade AI solutions
- Exposure to consulting or professional services environments preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
