The Helper
- Production plays a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process by assisting various teams on the production floor. The primary objective of this position is to ensure smooth operations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to the overall efficiency of production activities.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the assembly and fabrication of products as per specifications and quality standards. Support machine operators in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to adhere to safety and quality procedures. Handle materials and tools safely and efficiently, ensuring that supplies are replenished as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and deadlines. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to production processes. Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working workplace.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of production and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with assembly techniques and tools (hand tools, power tools, etc.). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics is a plus. Proficiency in basic math and measurement skills.

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred, but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Skills & Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality work and adherence to specifications. Ability to lift and transport materials up to a specified weight limit. Good communication skills to facilitate collaboration with team members and supervisors.
