Description:
We are specifically looking for a min 3+ years of solid people manager from a BPO / outsourcing / business support operations background who has at least 3+ years of experience handling operational teams and client interactions. The candidate should be confident in managing day-to-day operations, team performance, project transitions, stakeholder communication, and process improvements. Solid communication, coaching, mentoring, and resource management skills are mandatory.
Candidates with travel/tour operator industry experience will be highly preferred. The role is fully Work From Office in Goa with rotational shifts and requires someone mature, process-oriented, client-facing, and capable of handling operational ownership independently.
