Architect Vashi

Position: ArchitectRoles & Responsibilities: Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and planning concepts for residential and commercial projects. Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and site teams. Develop 2D/3D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and presentation designs. Ensure projects comply with municipal rules, building regulations, and safety standards. Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and progress reviews. Assist in project planning, space optimization, and interior concepts. Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and project documentation. Work on renovation, redevelopment, and current construction projects. Maintain project timelines and coordinate with vendors/suppliers. Support the sales and marketing team with project presentations and brochures when required.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, or related software. Solid design, planning, and communication skills. Ability to handle site coordination and client meetings. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹45,000.00 per month
