Service Captain Lounge Bar Sanpada

Position Summary:

The Lounge Bar Captain is responsible for supervising the service operations within the lounge area and ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service. The role involves guiding the service staff during operational hours, maintaining service standards, and coordinating with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth day-to-day service.

Core Responsibilities: Supervise waiters and service staff within the assigned lounge section during operating hours. Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant lounge experience. Ensure food and beverage orders are taken accurately and served in a timely manner. Monitor service quality and ensure established service standards are consistently maintained. Coordinate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure proper flow of orders and timely service. Assist service staff during busy periods to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Address guest concerns or service issues professionally and inform management when necessary. Ensure tables and service areas are properly arranged before service and maintained throughout operations. Guide and support waiters to maintain discipline, professionalism, and service efficiency. Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure a welcoming service setting at all times.

Skills & Competencies: Robust guest service and communication skills. Ability to supervise and guide service staff effectively. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Skilled appearance and service-oriented attitude.

Working Conditions: Work is performed in a lounge bar environment that may involve busy service hours and evening operations. The role requires standing and supervising service activities for extended periods.

Pay: ₹19,000.00
