We have an urgent opening for the role of Customer Service Executive(Strategic Growth Associate) Our Client is a leading market intelligence and business platform serving the global petrochemical and plastics industry, with over 25 years of expertise. The organization provides reliable price assessments, industry news, and market insights that support stakeholders across 90+ countries. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive for our Outbound Process team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, addressing queries, providing product/service information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers as per the assigned database/leads.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system/CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Solid listening and problem-solving abilities. Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
