Job Title: Tendering and Business Development Executive Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Job Summary:
- Preparation of Documents for Tendering and Bidding purpose
- Being proactive in identifying and shortlisting suitable tenders
- Knowledge of BD in Infrastructural Consultancy field Key Responsibilities:
- Read, analyze, and understand government tender documents to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Prepare and organize necessary documents for tender bid submission, ensuring all criteria are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Assist in preparing tender bids, including compiling and formatting documents in a structured manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the bid is complete, accurate, and submitted within the specified time frame.
- Work with various government tender portals, such as PWD, CPWD, YEIDA, etc.
- Familiarity with Gem Portal or other PWD website tender portals is a must for bid submissions and updates.
- Keep track of active tenders, submission deadlines, and any changes to the tender status and post-tender clarifications
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to clarify requirements and address queries.
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with technical standards and project feasibility.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
