This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.Provide information about products and services to customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Achieve daily and monthly call targets as set by the management.Collaborate with team members to improve overall performance. Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English and local languages. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage customers. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
