: CRM Executive
Location-Vashi, Navi Mumbai Lead Generation & Telesales: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, qualify leads, and pitch products or services to convert them into sales. Inbound Query Resolution: Answer incoming calls from existing customers, solve product/service issues, and address general inquiries. CRM Logging: Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and lead status into the company's management software. Follow-Ups: Perform scheduled callbacks, missed appointment follow-ups, and post-sales satisfaction checks. Target Management: Meet daily/weekly targets for call volumes, lead conversion rates, and issue resolution times.
Pay: ₹15,000.00
