Role Purpose
This role exists for one core reason:
Build a solid pipeline, convert samples into orders, and drive consistent business
growth.
It is an active BD & Sales Role, most coordination with customers is over phone, field visits
will be limited and not a core aspect, average 1 field day per week and 1 field visit
outstation per quarter.
This is a structured, execution -driven Business Development role — not just relationship
management.
The focus is on lead generation, disciplined follow -ups, and conversion tracking.

Requirements<\/h3>
Key Responsibilities :<\/b>
1.<\/b> Lead Generation & Market Outreach<\/b>
• Identify current customers and applications
• Build a robust and structured pipeline
• Generate leads through multiple channels
Sample Management & Conversion<\/b>
• Track samples sent to prospects
• Ensure structured follow -ups
• Work towards conversion into orders
MIS, Reporting & Analysis<\/b>
• Maintain lead tracking system
• Share regular MIS with management
• Highlight gaps, delays, and opportunities
Field Visits & Customer Development
<\/b>
• Local field visits once per week
• Outstation visits once per quarter
• Strengthen key customer relationships
Cross -Functional Coordination<\/b>
• Work with:
o Operations (feasibility, trials)
o QA (product validation)
o Finance (credit terms, payments)
• Ensure smooth execution from lead to order
Digital Marketing Coordination<\/b>
• Coordinate with external agency
• Review lead quality and campaign performance
