Sales Manager (Vashi)

Position: Sales Manager Industry: Shipping / Logistics / Maritime Location: Vashi, Mumbai Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Business Head / Director Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5–10 Years Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in shipping, logistics, and freight forwarding services.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and logistics partners.
- Identify leads through networking, client visits, referrals, and market research.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure regular follow-up for business conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain sales reports, MIS, and client records. Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Maritime Sales.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, port operations, and logistics services.
- Existing client network in the Mumbai market will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong business development abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
