HR Payroll Executive (Sanpada)

Job Title: HR Payroll Executive Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Industry: Elevator Manufacturing Experience: 1–5 Years Job Summary: MAS Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. This role involves handling payroll processing, employee records, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement
- Maintain employee attendance (biometric) and calculate wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions
- Handle on boarding and off boarding processes including documentation and payroll alignment
- Maintain and update employee records as per compliance requirements
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, and labour laws
- Address employee queries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits
- Coordinate with internal teams for payroll inputs and validation
- Support internal and external audits and compliance checks
- Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information Required Skills:
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HRMS software
- Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in payroll processing and compliance
