Procurement & Logistics Executive:

Candidate should be BSc (IT / Electronics / Physics) or Diploma (Mechanical / Electronics) As a procurement executive you will handle vendor development and vendor management. Issue work order / purchase order and ensure timely delivery of goods from vendors. Maintain records related to vendors and material procured. Inspect and verify inward and outward material. Handle logistics of inward and outward material. Handle compliance documents. Coordinate with accounts department to ensure timely payment to vendors. Download tenders, do the costing and participate in tenders under the guidance of senior executives. Handle product upload and tender participation through GEM portal.

Candidate should have Minimum 2 years experience in purchase department of any engineering or manufacturing company. Valuable communication skills both verbal and written to communicate with the vendors. Should have 2 wheeler driving license.

This is a technical procurement job, hence only science graduates / diploma should apply.
