Sales Assistant (Vazhuthacaud)

Sales Executive We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our automobile sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, competitor activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales is an advantage.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
