Dutel Info Integrated Pvt Ltd is hiring Client Retention Executives (B2B Telecom) to manage existing corporate accounts, improve customer retention, and drive revenue growth through renewals and upselling. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, and telecom services.
Key Responsibilities Manage and retain B2B / corporate clients Ensure high customer retention rate and reduce churn Handle client relationship management and regular follow-ups Drive renewals, contract extensions, and subscription management Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently Coordinate with internal teams (technical, billing, support) Maintain accurate records in CRM software Achieve monthly retention and revenue targets Conduct account reviews and client engagement activities
Requirements Experience in B2B sales / client retention / account management / customer success, freshers can also apply Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple client accounts Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience: Customer relationship management: 1 year (Required)
Language: English (Required)
