· Executing work based on the complaints received Apartments.
· Work scheduling and reviewing the progress based on the schedule.
· Quality control on day to day work.
· Wastage control on day to day work.
· Cost control on day to day work.
· Arranging work front to the sub contractors/labours in advance.
· Forecasting material requirement and intending materials based on the work schedule.
· Ensuring site safety and taking precautions.
· Preparing contractors weekly bill based on the actual work done.
· Preparing daily and weekly reports.
· Solving all site issues.
· Over and above any work instructed by the Managing Director related to the Construction maintenance activity. Pay: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4m9tj4
