Now Hiring – Kitchen Cook / Prep (Full Time) Burger Labs is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Cook/Prep to join our team! If you’re passionate about food, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, and have the skills to handle quality ingredients with care, we want to hear from you. Role & Responsibilities:
- Preparing fresh beef and chicken patties, marinades, and other ingredients daily
- Cooking and assembling burgers to brand standards with consistency and speed
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Assisting with prep work such as chopping, seasoning, and portioning meats and sides
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
- Monitoring stock levels and minimizing waste Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or with grill/burger prep preferred (training can be provided)
- Must be comfortable handling raw meat (beef and chicken)
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team spirit
- Willingness to work full time with flexible shifts (weekends included) What We Offer:
