Lead Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who brings strong hands-on development expertise along with a solution architect mindset to design, build, and scale enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role will focus primarily on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, supporting customer service, digital engagement, and contact center capabilities including Voice and CTI integrations. The ideal candidate can operate independently, communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders, and translate complex requirements into secure, scalable, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.Key Responsibilities• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud with scalability, performance, security, and maintainability in mind. • Apply Salesforce architecture best practices, design patterns, and platform capabilities to meet business and technical requirements.• Develop Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows. • Build and maintain Experience Cloud portals for customers, partners, or external users. • Implement Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and digital engagement channels.•Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud omnichannel solutions integrated with Genesys Cloud, supporting voice and digital channels. • Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware. • Own technical delivery end-to-end including designdocumentation, development, testing, deployment, and support.• Follow DevOps and CI/CD best practices using Salesforce DX and version control. • Communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders and operate independently. • Ability to manage user stories, defects, and tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams Required Qualifications• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. • Experience developing solutions using Experience Cloud. • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce security, and data modeling. •Proven experience delivering system integrations using APIs and event-driven patterns.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and own delivery from design through production. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Voice, CTI, or Contact Center integrations in Salesforce Service Cloud. • Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery, Cloud Functions, or Cloud Run.• Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein or Agent force concepts. • Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments. Preferred Certifications • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II. • Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I. • Salesforce ServiceCloud or Experience Cloud certifications are a plus.• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer (nice to have). Education Bachelor’s degree.
