Location: Vellore ????️ Project: Commercial – Hospital Building Project ???? Experience Required: 4 – 8 Years ???? Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering ???? Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation and certification of client and subcontractor bills
• Quantity take-off and verification as per BOQ
• Preparation of RA bills, reconciliation statements, and billing reports
• Contractor bill verification and coordination with execution teams
• Preparation of material reconciliation and billing documentation
• Monitoring project progress for timely billing submissions
• Handling rate analysis and quantity estimation activities ???? Candidate Requirements:
• Strong experience in civil billing for commercial building projects
• Expertise in Rate Analysis is mandatory
• Good knowledge of BOQ, reconciliation, and billing procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
• Solid coordination and communication skills
