Event Manager Vellore

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Event Management Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and promotional events successfully. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of events, including vendor coordination, budgeting, client communication, logistics, and on-site event execution.

Key Responsibilities Plan and organize corporate events, promotional activities, exhibitions, launches, and social events. Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations. Manage event budgets, quotations, and expense tracking. Identify and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, decorators, caterers, and venue partners. Handle event logistics including transportation, accommodation, stage setup, sound, lighting, and permissions. Prepare event schedules, checklists, and execution plans. Ensure smooth in office event execution and resolve operational issues promptly. Coordinate with marketing and design teams for branding and promotional materials. Maintain proper documentation, reports, and event feedback records. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and vendors.

Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously. Negotiation and vendor management skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of budgeting and event planning software/MS Office.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in event management or coordination preferred. Freshers with solid communication and coordination skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
