Role Description

This is a full time remote position based in India for an Accounts Administrator. The role supports Australian business operations and is responsible for day-to-day financial administration, accurate record keeping, and financial control. The position requires strong capability in managing receivables, payables, and cashflow, with a clear focus on cost control and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable for Australian operations;
- Processing invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses using QuickBooks (mandatory);
- Performing bank and credit card reconciliations;
- Monitoring and managing cashflow, including debtor follow-ups and payment scheduling;
- Assisting with cost tracking, expense control, and financial efficiency;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records;
- Supporting monthly reporting and reconciliation processes;
- Responding to internal and external account-related enquiries; and
- Working closely with management to improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience using QuickBooks (mandatory requirement);
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cashflow management;
- Experience with Australian accounts, Australian GST, and business practices will be looked upon favourably;
- Demonstrated ability in cost control and financial discipline;
