We have a sister construction firm -Grid Property Developer - and we are actively hiring site supervisor. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Vellore. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, coordinate with various stakeholders, manage site documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for resolving any issues or delays and maintaining a clear line of communication with project managers and other team members.Qualifications Strong knowledge of construction management and project supervision Effective communication and team collaboration skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in site documentation and report generationAdherence to safety regulations and quality standards Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is a plus
