Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our People Operations team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience and a strong academic background in Psychology. This role requires strong people identification skills, the ability to assess behavioral patterns, and a keen understanding of candidate suitability beyond technical qualifications.Roles&Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for All-level. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Evaluate candidates based on behavioral traits, communication skills, and cultural fit.Apply psychological principles to assess personality traits and behavioral patterns. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support onboarding documentation and pre-joining engagement.Required Skills&Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Mandatory) 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience in screening and conducting interviews independently preferred. High emotional intelligence (EQ). Ability to observe, analyze, and interpret candidate behavior during interviews.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good decision-making and analytical abilities. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
