Logic Monitor Administrator Vellore

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade monitoring solutions across complex IT environments, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. You will play a key role in ensuring high system availability, proactive issue detection, and reliable performance visibility across critical applications and services. The position requires hands-on expertise in configuring monitoring platforms, building dashboards, and managing alerting frameworks to support business continuity. You will work closely with cross-functional IT and support teams to optimize monitoring strategies and resolve operational issues efficiently. Accountabilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain monitoring solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments to ensure end-to-end infrastructure visibility and performance tracking.

Design and manage monitoring infrastructure, including high availability and disaster recovery configurations for business-critical systems.

Configure and optimize Logic Monitor components such as logic modules, dashboards, alert rules, thresholds, group structures, and integrations.

Onboard and manage monitoring for applications, services, websites, and infrastructure components to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to alerting accuracy and system observability.

Collaborate with internal and external support teams to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of monitoring services.
