- Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, and resource loading
- Track progress, delays, and corrective actions
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
- Perform risk analysis and planning control activities
- Coordinate with departments for timely project delivery Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 Years experience in planning and control
- Minimum 3+ Years in lead role
