The Opportunity (Work From Home / Fulltime /Part-Time) We are looking for passionate Part time Cyber Security Instructors who can train learners across the complete spectrum of cyber security—from fundamentals to advanced ethical hacking, cloud security, and enterprise-level defence strategies. This role is ideal for cyber security professionals, ethical hackers, SOC analysts, and security engineers who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and transforming complex security concepts into real-world skills. You will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of cyber security professionals. Key Responsibilities Conduct Training: Deliver engaging, practical, and hands-on sessions on cyber security concepts, tools, and techniques. Personalized Mentorship: Provide one-on-one guidance to learners to help them master cyber security skills and career pathways. Curriculum Development: Design and update training modules, labs, real-world attack/defense scenarios, and assessments aligned with industry trends. Performance Evaluation: Assess learner performance through labs, projects, simulations, and certifications, providing actionable feedback. Project Leadership: Guide learners in real-world cyber security projects, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and SOC simulations. Doubt Resolution: Resolve technical queries through live sessions, chat, and calls. Career Guidance: Mentor learners on cyber security career paths, certifications, job opportunities, freelancing, and industry expectations. Skills and Expertise Cyber Security Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and security principles. Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing: Expertise in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and exploitation techniques. Security Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Nessus, and Splunk. Cloud & Application Security: Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), web application security, and API security. SOC & Incident Response: Understanding of SIEM, threat hunting, digital forensics, and incident response workflows. Automation & AI in Security: Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash) and AI-driven security tools. Compliance & Frameworks: Knowledge of security standards like ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, and GDPR. Soft Skills Communication: Ability to explain complex cyber security concepts in a simple and practical way. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and threat-analysis mindset. Mentorship & Leadership: Ability to inspire learners and build confidence in their technical skills. Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with rapidly evolving cyber threats and technologies. Experience Minimum 1–2 years of industry experience in Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, SOC, or related roles. Teaching or mentoring experience is preferred but not mandatory.
