Site Reliability Engineer (Visakhapatnam)

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) to support and optimize a large-scale enterprise environment (600+ users).

Key Responsibilities:
- Own reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise-scale AVD environments
- Manage and optimize shared/pooling compute models
- Troubleshoot issues across Azure compute, networking, storage, and identity
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks
- Drive incident response and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Automate operations using PowerShell scripting
- Ensure cost optimization while maintaining performance and stability
- Manage FSLogix profiles and integrate enterprise security tools like Zscaler
- Handle patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management

Required Skills:
- 5+ years in SRE / Azure Infrastructure roles
- Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/WVD)
- Strong experience with FSLogix (profile management & troubleshooting)
- Experience working in large-scale environments (500+ users)
- Expertise in Azure troubleshooting (compute, networking, storage, identity)
- Experience with Zscaler integrations
- Robust knowledge of PowerShell and automation
- Experience in monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Alerts)
- Solid understanding of incident management & reliability engineering principles

Nice to Have:
- Experience with VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon)
- Exposure to Intune, Endpoint Manager
