Senior React Native Developer (Visakhapatnam)

What you'll do:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our mobile application using React Native and Expo (EAS).
- Architect and enhance high-performance Design System using TypeScript and component API best practices, ensuring component reusability, clear styling tokens, and proper documentation (e.g., using Storybook).
- Develop and maintain the core Network Layer, ensuring efficient data fetching, robust error handling, effective caching strategies (e.g., using React Query or similar libraries), and streamlined data transformation
- Drive app performance optimization, specifically focusing on reducing re-renders, minimizing Bridge traffic, leveraging JSI for smooth animations, and optimizing bundle/startup time for a consistent 60 FPS experience.
- Take full ownership of core mobile features from concept to deployment.
- Contribute to high code quality through rigorous peer review and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years dedicated to in-depth React Native for cross-platform mobile apps.
- Expert proficiency in React Native core principles, Expo (including EAS), TypeScript, and contemporary state management (e.g., Jotai, Zustand, Redux).
- Proven experience in profiling and optimizing complex mobile applications (e.g., using React Profiler, Flipper) and resolving common performance bottlenecks (rendering, memory, bridge).
- Deep experience architecting and building Design Systems with a focus on modularity, scalability, and performance.
