About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety Investigation Specialist to join our team in Vizag. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting investigations related to safety concerns, ensuring thorough documentation, and effectively communicating findings. Your excellent communication skills and prior experience in customer-facing roles will be crucial in this position.Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into reported safety incidents and concerns.
- Document all investigation processes, findings, and recommendations accurately and comprehensively.
- Utilize the established escalation matrix to address and resolve safety issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, providing updates and explanations clearly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing safety-related inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement safety improvements and preventative measures.
- Maintain a robust understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Fluency in any one additional Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.) is required (speaking proficiency is sufficient).
- Minimum of 0-1 year of prior experience in calling activities, customer service, or handling escalations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Must be willing to work from our office in Vizag. What We Offer:
