Job Title : EDP Trainer Job Summary
· The General EDP Trainer is responsible for delivering Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) training sessions to equip participants with business skills, startup knowledge, financial literacy, and practical tools required for launching and managing successful enterprises. Responsibilities
· Conduct theory and practical EDP training sessions
· Develop training modules, session plans, and assessment tools
· Mentor participants on business ideas and planning
· Conduct workshops on business planning, marketing strategies, financial literacy, and digital tools
· Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback
· Coordinate with institutions, NGOs, corporates, and stakeholders
· Maintain training reports and participant records Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related discipline
· MBA / PGDM in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance, or General Management preferred
· Certification in Entrepreneurship Development or Skill Development is an added advantage Experience Requirements
· 2–5 years of experience in training, entrepreneurship development, or startup ecosystem
· Experience conducting workshops and mentoring entrepreneurs preferred
· Prior involvement in government or CSR skill initiatives is an advantage Key Skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Knowledge of business planning and financial basics
· Digital literacy (MS Office, online training tools)
· Facilitation and mentoring ability
