Role Overview: Senior Research Associate (SRA) / Zonal Coordinator (ZC)

• The role involves leading research design, developing training modules, conducting economic

and policy analysis, and imparting training to government officials at the state and district

levels. Candidates will work closely with government stakeholders, guiding District Collectors

and senior officials on sectoral growth, GVA estimation, and strengthening data-driven

governance. Responsibilities include auditing KPIs and their correlation with GSDP,

undertaking data analytics studies, supporting KPI frameworks, supervising teams, and

delivering high-quality reports and workshops.

• Applicants should be pursuing a PhD/completed a Master’s in Economics/Statistics with 2–3

years of experience. Solid analytical and communication skills, stakeholder management, and

experience in policy research are essential. Knowledge of official statistical systems is an

added advantage.

• Familiarity with Andhra Pradesh and the local language is an advantage.
