FULL TIME Job Description UnoSimple is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Automation Developer who will play a pivotal role in advancing our automation capabilities. As a Senior Process Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated processes and workflows within our , with a robust focus on user-friendly drag-and-drop functionality and customizable forms. Job Responsibilities:
- Process Automation Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and users, to understand and document process requirements. Use this knowledge to design and implement automation solutions within the AeroSimple .
- Drag-and-Drop Functionality: Develop and enhance the drag-and-drop functionality of the AeroSimple to empower users to build, modify, and optimize their workflows intuitively.
- Form Creation: Create user-friendly forms that allow users to input and collect data for their automated processes. These forms should be customizable and easily integrated into the automation workflow.
- Workflow Configuration: Configure and optimize workflow processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing to validate the functionality of automated processes and ensure they meet the specified requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for automated processes and provide training and support to end-users.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for enhancing AeroSimple's automation capabilities. Candidate must have:
- Experience in the aviation industry or related fields.
- Previous work with process automation tools like Pega, Kissflow, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in aviation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good to have:
- Proven experience in process automation, workflow development, and form creation.
- Proficiency in drag-and-drop functionality, GUI design, and user experience (UX) principles.
