Key Responsibilities:
- Own customer lifecycle management –Pixis Product Adoption, Retention, and Growth (upsell/cross-sell).
- Leverage AI data and insights to shape growth strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.
- Serve as an AI solutions expert, translating client objectives into scalable marketing strategies.
- Define and track KPIs and ROI frameworks to demonstrate value delivered.
- Monitor account health, identify renewal risks, and drive proactive mitigation.
