The successful candidate will ensure strict data governance, accuracy, and compliance across all departments.Key Responsibilities - System Ownership: Administer and maintain the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). - Quality Control: Verify document formats, numbers, and revisions against company standards. - Data Tracking: Maintain and update the Master Document Register (MDR) daily. - Distribution: Issue official document transmittals to internal teams, clients, and vendors.- Project Handover: Organize and compile final documentation packages for project close-outs. - Compliance: Audit records regularly to ensure alignment with corporate policies and ISO standards.
