It has operated for over 33 years and positions itself as a provider of affordable advanced healthcare technology.Job Summary: Lead the sales function for our Critical Care portfolio, including ventilators to drive exponential revenue growth, market expansion, and team performance in the healthcare sector. Report directly to senior leadership and own P&L for the division. Key Roles and Responsibilities:• Develop and execute annual sales strategies, budgets, and forecasts to achieve ambitious revenue targets. • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales /application team, setting KPIs and driving accountability. • Identify market opportunities, KOLs, and partnerships; collaborate withmarketing, service, and product teams to fulfil customer demands.• Oversee customer relationship management, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty to secure repeat business and expansions. • Analyse sales performance through weekly/monthly reports, projections, and market insights; present to stakeholders. • Represent the company at conferences and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.• Drive business development in critical care segments (ventilators OR equipment). Requirements: •10 years in Critical care/ICU Segment, particularly in ventilators •Should be ready to travel across PAN India •Base Location: Chennai
