The successful candidate will ensure strict data governance, accuracy, and compliance across all departments.Key Responsibilities System Ownership: Administer and maintain the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Quality Control: Verify document formats, numbers, and revisions against company standards. Data Tracking: Maintain and update the Master Document Register (MDR) daily. Distribution: Issue official document transmittals to internal teams, clients, and vendors.Project Handover: Organize and compile final documentation packages for project close-outs. Compliance: Audit records regularly to ensure alignment with corporate policies and ISO standards. Requirements Experience: 7 to 15 years of proven experience in a formal document control role. Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional diploma.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise EDMS platforms (such as Aconex, SharePoint, or ProjectWise).
