The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring SLA adherence, and mentoring team members to achieve performance goals. Key Skills: UK Life and pensions background Supervise day-to-day activities across ARF and S&I; operations. Allocate tasks and monitor team performance. Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions (e.g., ARF inputting, surrenders, savings updates). Resolve escalations and support complex case handling. Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions. Collaborate with QA and compliance teams to maintain standards. Prepare operational reports and contribute to strategic planning. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 6–10 years of experience in financial operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
