The intern will assist in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces by collaborating on space planning, creating construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). Responsibilities include supporting design projects from conception to completion, conducting research on materials and design trends, and ensuring design implementation aligns with client requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior DesignKnowledge in Architecture and Construction Drawings Skills in selecting and specifying FF&E Strong attention to detail and creativity Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related tools Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related fields (current students pursuing a degree are also welcome) Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus
