Job Role:

We are hiring CDP / ACDP chefs for a corporate cafeteria kitchen in Chennai.

You will cook and manage food production for large number of employees in a company cafeteria setup.

Work Type:

- High volume cooking (bulk food production)
- Team kitchen work (not restaurant service)
- Fixed menu / standard recipes
- Fast and disciplined kitchen setting

Must Have Experience:

- CDP / ACDP / Chef experience in hotel or catering kitchen
- Experience in bulk cooking / large quantity food production
- Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Able to work in team and follow instructions

Good to Have:

- Corporate cafeteria experience
- Central kitchen / banquet / industrial kitchen experience
- Regional language preferred.
