Machine Operator - Screen Printing & Laser Cutting (Chennai)

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Machine Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating Screen Printing and Laser Cutting machines, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This is a hands-on shop floor role ideal for candidates with practical machine operating experience. Duties and Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor screen printing machines to produce accurate, high-quality Screen prints.

- Setup, run, and maintain laser cutting machines.

- Achieve production targets and quality as per production requirements.

- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operation.

- Load raw materials and unload finished products safely and efficiently.

- Inspect finished output for defects and report quality issues to the supervisor.

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

- Record production data including output quantity, downtime, and material usage.

- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets. Benefits Benefits:
