Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Chennai for a National Operations Manager – Employee Transportation. The individual will oversee and coordinate employee commute plans to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, strategic oversight of transportation operations, vendor management, and implementing innovative transportation solutions such as electric vehicles. The manager will also analyze data to optimize processes and build sustainable and scalable transportation models tailored to client needs.

Operations Management: Expertise in overseeing and managing employee transportation or logistics systems to ensure optimal efficiency and cost savings. Data Analysis and Process Optimization: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills for improving operational workflows and transportation models.
