Senior Frontend Platform Engineer - UX Systems (Chennai)

Role summary Build-capable frontend engineer with solid UX systems judgment. Designs and implements clear, audience-aware platform experiences for technical, operations, governance, and leadership users. This is not a pure visual-design-only role. Key responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, and front-end components for complex internal platform workflows.
- Implement or co-implement React/TypeScript screens, prototypes, and reusable UI components.
- Translate complex platform concepts into clear navigation, page structure, labels, status indicators, and user actions.
- Create audience-aware screen variants for engineering, operations, governance, and leadership users where needed.
- Partner with full-stack and backend engineers to make screens usable, testable, accessible, and API-connected.
- Improve screen consistency, usability, component reuse, and decision-readiness across platform surfaces. Required technical skills
- React / TypeScript frontend implementation experience or comparable build-capable frontend skill.
- Experience designing and building complex enterprise workflows, internal platforms, admin consoles, or data-heavy product screens.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design-system components.
- Strong labeling, information architecture, simplification, and workflow-design instincts.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and converting rough concepts into usable screens quickly.
- Ability to partner with engineering rather than only handing off visual designs. AI / LLM readiness and prompt-coding expectations
- Comfort using AI-assisted design or coding tools is preferred.
- Anthropic Academy, Claude Code, OpenAI, or comparable AI tooling training is a plus; equivalent demonstrated knowledge is acceptable.
- Prompt coding is useful but not a hard gate for this role.
- Should understand how AI-generated explanations, statuses, scorecards, and review outputs can be presented clearly to different user audiences. Preferred skills
- Design systems, component libraries, Storybook, accessibility/WCAG, and Figma handoff experience.
- Experience with internal-tool platforms or RAD tools.
- Experience with dashboards, approvals, review queues, operational consoles, platform administration UX, or technical workflow products.
- Ability to conduct lightweight usability testing and convert feedback into practical UI improvements. First 90-day outcomes
- Deliver the first screen-flow map and design-system baseline.
- Prototype the platform home, review queue, package detail, scorecard, and operations views.
- Create reusable UI patterns for audience-aware summaries, status indicators, and action panels.
