Job Summary Reputed Courier Company is looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly Delivery Executives to handle courier and parcel deliveries safely and on time. The candidate will be responsible for pickup and delivery operations while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Deliver parcels, documents, and shipments to customers within assigned routes. Collect shipments from customers for dispatch. Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures or OTP confirmation. Handle packages carefully and ensure safe transportation. Maintain daily delivery records and submit reports to supervisors. Follow company delivery schedules and operational guidelines. Maintain qualified behavior and customer service standards. Coordinate with warehouse and hub teams for smooth operations. Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Valid Driving License is preferred. Two-wheeler with proper documents is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of local routes and smartphone usage. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
