Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Executive – Logistics & Export Documentation. The role involves managing export documentation processes, supporting international trade and logistics activities, and ensuring seamless import-export operations. The Executive will collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure compliance with trade regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with clients and partners globally.

Key Responsibilities: Order booking and coordination with buyers/merchandising team Preparation of export invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents Handling export formalities — shipping bills, customs clearance, CHA coordination Managing Advance License (AA) formalities — application, monitoring, redemption Handling IGCR (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate) compliance and monthly filings via ICEGATE Maintaining MIS reports and trackers in MS Excel Required Skills: Prior experience in a garment export company (mandatory) Hands-on knowledge of Advance Authorization / IGCR schemes Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred) Knowledge of DGFT, Customs, and export documentation Qualifications Proficiency in Export Documentation and Import-Export processes.
