Job Description Supply Chain Associate – Amadora Location: Chennai Experience Required: 0–1 Year

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Immediate Joiners preferred. About the Role Amadora is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to support our day-to-day supply chain and inventory operations. This role is ideal for someone with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced QSR/F&B; environment. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and deliveries
- Track inventory levels and maintain stock records accurately
- Assist in inward/outward material movement and store coordination
- Monitor stock consumption and help avoid shortages or wastage
- Follow up with vendors regarding orders, invoices, and dispatch timelines
- Support warehouse/store operations and ensure smooth supply flow
- Maintain reports related to purchases, inventory, and supply chain activities
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams for daily requirements Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, or Operations
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory management
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
