Job TitlePicker & Packer / Warehouse Associate Job RoleYou work inside the Instamart dark store or warehouse and prepare customer grocery orders for delivery.
- Main ResponsibilitiesPick items from shelves based on app orders
- Pack products safely and accurately
- Scan barcodes and verify quantities
- Check product quality and expiry dates
- Arrange stock and maintain cleanliness
- Support inventory and stock counting
- Hand over packed orders to delivery partners quickly
- Skills RequiredBasic smartphone handling

- Ability to stand/walk for long hours
- Teamwork and discipline
- EligibilityUsually 10th pass or above
- Freshers can apply
- Age commonly 18–35 years
- Basic English/Hindi/Tamil understanding preferred
- Shift TimingRotational shifts
- Morning / afternoon / night shifts
- Usually 9-hour duty with 1 weekly off Salary (varies by city)Commonly:
