Roles and Responsibilities: The role will require a proactive and results-driven candidate to oversee the daily operations of Porter courier hubs in the respective cities. This is a field-based role which will require the candidate to ensure smooth hub operations, resolve on-ground challenges, and expand our processing centres network by pitching and onboarding new centers. Key Responsibilities 1) To call prospect leads for achieving organisational targets and meet daily connected calls target 2) To understand the overall objective of the calling activity & record responses correctly on various sheets to make qualitative insights 3) Candidate should have persuading and convincing skills for converting leads. 4) Connect to Partners/customers on a daily basis from office. 5) Influence partners to come to platform 6) Influence Customers to book order from the platform 7) Maintain Relation with Partner/Customers 8) candidate should have excellent communication Skills and Fluent speaking skills in hindi/english 9) Decent Computer skills 10) Able influence stakeholders on a telephonic conversation 11) Job also requires to visit ground if req as well Expectation from the candidate: -
