Supply Chain Associate – Amadora

Location: Chennai

Experience Required: 0–1 Year

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

Amadora is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to support our day-to-day supply chain and inventory operations. This role is ideal for someone with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to learn and grow in a rapid-paced QSR/F&B; environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and deliveries Track inventory levels and maintain stock records accurately Assist in inward/outward material movement and store coordination Monitor stock consumption and help avoid shortages or wastage Follow up with vendors regarding orders, invoices, and dispatch timelines Support warehouse/store operations and ensure smooth supply flow Maintain reports related to purchases, inventory, and supply chain activities Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams for daily requirements

Requirements

0–1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, or Operations Bachelor's degree preferred Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory management Positive communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
