Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director’s office with data analysis, validation, reporting, and presentation preparation. The role requires robust Excel skills, accuracy, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to compile and present information effectively.

Responsibilities


• Analyze, validate, and consolidate data from different sources.


• Prepare reports, dashboards, trackers, and presentation materials.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for updates and data collection.


• Ensure accuracy and consistency in reports and records.


• Support the MD office with MIS and data-related activities.


• Track action items and follow up for timely completion.


• Maintain confidentiality and handle information carefully.

Qualifications


• Any graduate.


• 2–8 years of experience in EA, reporting, MIS, or data support roles.


• Robust knowledge of Excel and report preparation.


• Good communication and coordination skills.


• Experience in preparing presentations and handling data-driven tasks.

Language


• English.


• Tamil.


• Hindi is an added advantage.

Requirements


• Solid analytical and numerical ability.


• Very good in Excel and data validation.


• Ability to present information clearly and accurately.
